What To Know About the New I-9 Form!

The Form I-9 has not been substantively changed in 2013. That is all about to change on January 22, 2017, when all employers in the U.S. will need to begin using the new form for all new hires, rehires, and recertification’s of employees. The Form I-9 is a complicated form that trips employers up often. Training is essential to understanding employer responsibilities and how to administer the Form I-9 without putting your organization at risk for immigration law violations.
